Parents take the Reins!

I am delighted to announce that this year the Merry lil Santa drive will be supporting parents to help Santa with their children's list this year. It is just another way to facilitate the further spreading of the magic of Santa, not only to the children but to their families as well. Over the next few weeks, the lovely long list of gifts will be put together by the services, and I will share it here so you can see what you have helped make possible.

This does mean that there will no longer be the big shop taking place with all my wonderful Elves on the 15th (I am giving them the night off!). Families will be supported with the vouchers specifically for their children’s Santa lists through their case managers in the Family Centre.

I am so grateful that this is the direction my drive has taken as it really aligns with one of the core values of Focus Ireland - 'Empowerment.' This has been a natural progression in this drive, and we are excited for parents to take the reins and help Santa deliver exactly what their children wish for this Christmas morning.
